Navigating Sendgrid for Resellers


The multiple email server functionality is available to only resellers and enterprise users on the Termii platform.

The feature allows you send emails securely, Below are ways to effectively integrate Sendgrid email server with Termii;

Step 1: Login to Send Grid accounts

              Username: octaveanalytics

              Password: oa2018!!!@

Step 2: Select API keys under “Settings” section

Step 3: Click “Create API Key”

Step 4: Fill in API key name, select “Full access” and click on “create and view” to obtain your API key


Step 5: Login to Termii or your enterprise platform

Step 6: Click on sending > select sending server

Step 7: Select add server

Step 7: Select preferred server (Sendgrid)


Step 8: Fill required information & Save



Renewing your Sendgrid account is fast and easy. All you need is a valid debit card and your billing information.

Step 1: Login to your Sendgrid account


Step 2: Login to your Sendgrid account

Step 3: Click on plans and billing details

Step 3: Select change plan

Step 4: Select essentials plan





Step 5: Add card details


NB: Ensure your card details is the same as what you used to register your bank account, also your card name must match the name on your debit card.
